Antes, las clases comenzaban en abril y terminaban en la quincena de diciembre. Eso en los colegios particulares. En los estatales, nunca se sabía. Todo estaba en manos del Sutep. En el mejor de los casos, el año escolar iniciaba en junio y acababa sabe Dios cuándo. Hoy, empiezan la última semana de febrero y culminan el 23 de diciembre.
Antes, los papás querían estar más tiempo con sus hijos. O al menos eso decían. Por eso, te obligaban a llegar puntual a la hora de la comida y así estar juntos en la mesa. Hoy, los papás están rogando al cielo para que ya acaben las vacaciones. Además, casi nadie se sienta en la mesa para comer. Lo haces en la cocina, viendo Al fondo hay sitio, mientras tu mamá ve la novela en su cuarto y tu papá aún no llega del trabajo. Las 8 de la noche es una hora impensable para que todos se reúnan en casa.
